JAMMU, Sept 22: One day workshop cum awareness program for Jammu Municipal Councillors regarding Finance and one time Amnesty Scheme was held today at council hall of JMC. The workshop, which aimed at focusing on the basic understanding of the budget and its characteristics, was organised by JMC in collaboration with Praja Foundation.
