Praja Foundation has released the progress book of MLAs in Mumbai. Congress MLA Amin Patel is at the first position, BJP's Parag Alwani is at the second position, while Shiv Sena's Sunil Prabhu is at the third position. While Shiv Sena's Rabindra Waikar and Prakash Surve, BJP's Mangalprabhat Lodha and Rahul Narvekar have got the lowest marks.
