North-central Mumbai, consisting of areas like Vile Parle, Kurla, Bandra and Chembur, adopted by Jogeshwari, Goregaon, Andheri and Malad, recorded the utmost variety of circumstances in Mumbai in 2019-20, in accordance with a report launched by NGO Praja Foundation on Thursday.
